Refund Policy

Live History India Digital Private Limited (LHI) has instituted a donation refund policy to ensure fair and transparent processing of requests for refund of donations.

LHI will examine request for refund of donation along with the reason for such refund. Also, it will require further verification of the user and need documents of proof of donation as well. LHI will initiate the refund process only if it is satisfied about the appropriateness of the refund.

LHI is not obliged to make refunds and may, in its discretion, decline any requests for refund of donations.

Appropriate reasons may include one of the following:

  • A Donation has been identified to have been initiated using an unauthorised payment instrument not belonging to the user by the user (Donor)
  • If required by any statute or law

Refund request must be issued by the Donor, in case of abovementioned reasons, within 7 days of such Donations. Donor shall send an e-mail on contactus@livehistoryindia.com

Your refund request must contain the details such as Date of Donation, Amount of Donation, Mode of Donation i.e. Credit Card or Online Payment.

All honoured refunds will credited to the original mode of payment in 7-10 bank working days.
